- Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines are subject to the norms and policies of the respective courier company or postal service provider.
- The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authority.

Shipping Charges
- Any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable) are non-refundable.
