At WearFizz, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return process to make it right.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-related items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email Support@wearfizz.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back using a reliable, trackable courier service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund (or store credit) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; WearFizz is not responsible for lost returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) unless store credit is requested.
  • Processing Time – After we receive and approve the returned product, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges – Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
  • Partial Refunds – In cases where items show minor usage, missing parts, or are returned late (but still accepted), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
