At WearFizz, operated by Blukenz Trade India Private Limited , we understand that sometimes plans change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be as simple and flexible as possible.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After 2 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation:
- Email us at Support@wearfizz.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- If your request is within the 2-hour window and the order hasn’t shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If your order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it—but you may initiate a return after delivery, following our Refund Policy and Return Policy.
3. Prepaid & COD Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund upon successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be cancelled in the same manner. Refusal at the time of delivery will be recorded and may affect future COD eligibility.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of items
- Payment issues
- Incomplete or invalid address
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund (if applicable).
